Bundles were too small for a full head install. Only contained 2 packs . Instructions on the website should have been clearer so people can make informed purchases

The Natural Bouncy hair is nice but the hair isn't full. It seems one might need more bundles for a full head.

The texture of the hair is really nice. However, when I received I was a taken aback by the volume of the hair. It is not same as depicted in the videos and pictures. It is quite voluminous for a TWA. I thought I would be able to rockk mine to my place of work but alas, I can't. Also it would be nice if the head band could me made in such a way that it can be adjusted to fit all head sizes. Mine is bigger than my head.
